Amazing! Large menu selection or "built your own" option. The staff is super friendly and attentive. The food was unfortunately not as hot as I expected, but warm enough to still be good. The large noodle dish was plenty of food for myself.

Went in for lunch and was pleasantly surprised by how quickly I was served. Employees were all pleasant and welcoming. I was able to get through the line pretty quickly and the food was great. I will definitely be back to this location. The dining room was clean and plenty of seating along with a patio so you can enjoy your meal outdoors on nice days

Big food portion and tasty piada! Ordered the hand rolled piada with avocado and steak, along with a spaghetti bowl with half and half sauce (carbonara + diavolo) topped with fried hot chicken. My favorite was the piada bread and would definitely come back for another hand rolled piada in the future!

I have to give credit where credit is due. My company got doordash delivered for lunch and I received a call from the manager telling me that they forgot a whole bag of our food. Normally, most restaurants would just take the hit for it and continue on about their day. However, the Piada manager personally delivered our missing bag of food and got here before the doordash even arrived! I believe his name was Dylan. I was amazed at the customer service I experienced with Piada. It was great that I didn't have to look at my coworkers and tell them that they don't get lunch or that we have to wait another hour for more food to be delivered. Thank you so much Dylan!!!

I had such a great experience at Piada Italian Street Food! The food was fresh, delicious, and came out quickly. What really stood out, though, was the service — Latoya and Anthony were both so kind, friendly, and welcoming. They truly went above and beyond to make the experience wonderful. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I typically enjoy Piada on occasion. This stop I tried a newer item on their menu, I believe it was the meatball pocket. I really liked it. I thought it was supposed to have marinara on the inside, but it only came in the side. Regardless, it was really good. The only reason for the 4 stars on the service wasn't for the staff, they were all friendly, it's for the carry out set up. Online, it gives you an option for a pickup kiosk, however inside this location, you have to wait for someone to speak to. During busy times, this can defeat the option to carry out, rather than just wait in line. All in all, it was good and I'll be back.

I’ve been to other locations of this franchise before, but this one gave me the best service so far. The staff was extremely kind, polite, and attentive from start to finish. On top of that, the food was really good. I highly recommend both their service and the quality of the food!

First off, delicious food. Very nice workers, answered all my questions and were patient with me as i can be slow while ordering at a new place. Will be coming again!
